Our Vision

In today’s world we are faced with an increasing number of health challenges—not least of all are injuries related to the natural aging process or those associated with past or current fitness trends. To protect itself, the body’s natural reaction is to “coil up”.

This “coiling” or stiffening of the body causes pain and discomfort which inhibits people from moving and being active. We have found the only way to reverse this coiling effect is to lengthen and strengthen the body. This is accomplished through the unification of training and multiple modalities to create movement.

Wholistic Body-Building and Wellness strives to make our clients stronger by improving stability, balance and flexibility and to re-establish the harmony between mind, body and spirit. Our goal is simple: to improve the quality and longevity of life of our clients through natural athletics and positive lifestyle coaching.




At WBBW, we provide a continuity of care between personal trainers and various other disciplines. We believe that your fitness journey should not solely involve personal training—but rather follow a multidisciplinary approach.
